Vancouver College (also known as VC) is a Catholic private high school and private elementary school (K-12) located in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood of Vancouver. An all-boys university-preparatory school, Vancouver College's elementary and secondary programs have a combined population of over 1,000 students. Although its official religion is Catholic, it is open to all religions. The school participates in sporting events under the moniker of the "Fighting Irish". Vancouver College is one of two all-boy schools in the Vancouver area, the other being St. George's School.

Students applying for Grades 4, 7 - 12 will be required to write an entrance exam in February. Only applicants who have a completed application on file by February will be permitted to write.
Kindergarten applicants will be short listed and selected candidates will be interviewed to determine their acceptance at Vancouver College.
As vacancies occur, candidates from other grade levels will be called in for an interview by the appropriate Assistant Principal.
